Getting Started

How do I sign up to and start using Istaqbaal?

You can either enter your contact details through our website by following this link, or by calling us at 04 375 7732. We help you get set up and get started with Istaqbaal at your all of your selected locations.

Where do I access the dashboard?

You log in to the dashboard here. In case you have lost your password, for security reasons there is no way to retrieve it, you will need to create a new one here.

Is there a way to try Istaqbaal?

Yes, absolutely - all plans come with a 30 day trial.


What are your service plans?

Our goal is that any organization should be able to use Istaqbaal and our plans have been developed to offer value to all sizes of companies, starting with a single tablet and location to companies that have dozens of locations or more. You can compare our different plans here.

Can I cancel my service plan?

If you for some reason no longer wish to continue using Istaqbaal after the end of your contract period, you can get in contact with our Customer Success team and they will conclude the engagement. Cancellations will only take effect after the end of the contract period.

What happens if I go over my limit?

If you exceed your plan, someone from our Customer Success team will contact you and help to transition to a plan that suits your business best. In case of exceeding a plan, we prorate the charges and add them to the next billing instance, but always make sure there is no service interruption to your visitor experience.

Billing & Payments

How do I pay?

You can pay either through check, through bank transfer, or through credit card. We offer these various ways to subscribe to and pay for Istaqbaal, and the method of payment will dictate the billing period.

How does billing work?

Depending on the method of payment, we offer you the choice of selecting a billing plan that best suits your needs; annually (check, bank transfer, credit card), semi-annually (check, bank transfer, credit card) or monthly (credit card only).

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts to our most loyal customers! Annual plans are discounted and you get two months for free. If you are a charity organization or a startup, you may qualify for additional discounts given that you meet the requirements.

Security & Privacy

Do you share any data?

We are completely committed to your right to privacy, and the data we store belongs to our respective customers - we don't sell it or use it in any other way. The only data we have access to is contact information of our direct customers, which is used in case of any support issues, as well as periodic emails about the latest product features and updates. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Is my data safe?

In short - YES. We take data security very seriously and we are committed to safeguarding our technology using industry best practices.

Is it safe to pay by credit card online?

Yes, it is safe. We don't store any of your credit card information, it is managed by our payment gateway service provider, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of security in the payment industry.
